Q: if an I'm living in a city like Clarksville tennessee can a Franklin tennessee investigator call that city to arrest me

something happened with a friend of mines on December 2023 she got into it with a woman after the argument my friend got into my car the lady she had an argument with took my license plate number down so now an investigator from Franklin Tennessee called Clarksville Tennessee investigator stating the car my I purchased was purchased in somebody else's name I'm like how is that possible the Clarksville investigator came to a friend house looking for me my friend called me so I contacted the investigator in Clarksville Tennessee the investigator stated to me he's calling on behalf of Franklin Tennessee investigator stating something about the car I had purchased was purchased in someone else name but I'm telling him I purchased the car I'm not sure if there's a warrant out yet I just know both cities have contacted me questioning me but where the car was purchased isn't in either city it's in another city in Tennessee so I'm w
