A: Hire an attorney if you are charged with a crime. Get it diverted, dismissed and expunged. Keep quiet...this forum is public.

A: If you were issued a ban but didn't have to sign anything or deal with the police at the time, it's likely that Walmart decided to handle the situation internally rather than involve law enforcement. However, this doesn't completely eliminate the possibility of police involvement, as store policies can vary. Generally, if law enforcement were to be involved, they would likely contact you directly.

Talking to your family about this situation may be challenging, but honesty is usually the best approach. Explain the circumstances, acknowledge your mistake, and share the steps you're taking to address the underlying issues, such as trauma counseling and seeking help. It's important to communicate openly about your feelings and the efforts you're making to improve your situation.

Remember, everyone makes mistakes, and it's okay to ask for support from your loved ones during tough times. Your health and well-being are important, so continue to focus on your counseling and recovery. If legal concerns continue to worry you, consider consulting with an attorney for peace of mind and clarity on your situation.
