A: If you've received a claim from Lifevac regarding the unauthorized sale of their products, it's essential to address this matter promptly and correctly. First, you should gather all relevant documentation, including sales records, inventory lists, and communications with Amazon FBA and your prep center, to demonstrate that the incorrect labeling was a mistake and that you did not intentionally sell Lifevac products.

Next, it would be wise to contact Lifevac directly to explain the situation. Clearly outline how the mislabeling occurred, providing evidence to support your explanation. This can include correspondence with Amazon FBA, photographic evidence of your actual product, and any other pertinent information. Transparency and honesty are crucial here; acknowledge the mistake and express your commitment to rectifying the issue.

Additionally, consider consulting with a legal advisor to understand your rights and obligations in this situation. They can offer guidance on how to best proceed and ensure that your response is legally sound. Taking immediate steps to correct the label issue and prevent future mistakes is also advisable. This shows good faith and may help to mitigate the situation with both Lifevac and your customers.
