Q: Will County Court Supervision granted for speeding (second offense)
I recently received a ticket for going 22mph over the limit in Will County. I also got a warning for following too close. I have a ticket with court supervision from a different county in Illinois from a little over a year ago. How likely are my chances of court supervision? Also, is it better to request by mail or in person?
A: Practices on these maters vary by jurisdiction so a Will County judge would now better. A judge can give supervision to you up to two times in a period of 12 months. I think you get probably qualify again. I don't think it maters how you do it.

A: Court supervision is likely if it has been over a year. Read the ticket carefully to see if you qualify for court supervision by mail.
