Q: No Contract -Cash storage for Boats/campers & autos. Auto Junk dealer hasn’t paid in years-can we confiscate & sell?
My Father has Pole Shed winter storage for campers, boats and automobiles. No contract and cash deal. An auto junk dealer has brought non-functioning salvage autos and engines blocks into father’s shed. Auto Junk Dealer died in 2018. Wife and son have made No payment for years. We have made attempts to get funds via telephone but they don’t pay. Storage value is over $4000 now. Can we confiscate and sell? Do we need titles to these salvage/junk cars. Since man died-can son claim ownership of engines. Can wife? How can we get rid of these engine blocks and salvage junk cars?
