Q: What kind of attorney defends legal rights of a person with a medically defined rare disease who cant live cold climate

The family law court in another state has forced a person to choose between physical health or to be with that person's children- these children were not in that state when their abuser pulled an ex parte (without due process) to force them to that state. The person wants to know what kind of lawyer (and in what court of law- like the name of it like criminal, family, immigration, etc.) can defend the person's legal health rights to protect the person's health from a climate the person can't live in (per the person's doctor as well- the court has used a third party person- a friend of abuser- to validate the person's health who isn't even a medical doctor nor seen the person in over a year) and ignored the medical doctor's evidence. It is a nationally known medical clinic and one of the few nationally that handles the person's disease.
