Q: Current HOA is trying to force condo owners into an internet provider they voted against, please advise.
Current condo owners are always out voted as management owns and runs the board. Most if not all condo owners voted against implementing this internet provider (Zentro) that no one knows about and some of the owners employers are restrictive on internet providers due to the confidential nature of their work. After expressing concern current HOA mgmt stated if techs aren't allowed in to your unit for installation you will be charged $300+ for every reschedule and also, you DO NOT have to use the service or take the modem, but you will be charged $40 per month anyway.
