Q: Can previous owner force removal of concrete pad attached to my new house that I bought from her two years ago?

I purchased a house/lot in Illinois from my new neighbor two years ago. When she purchased the lot it was originally two lots sold as one. The two lots had been one entity for approximately 20 years prior to her buying them. She divided the lots so that she could build on one and sell the other, which we bought. Our lot has a house with and attached concrete driveway pad to the east of the house which was put on back when both parcels were one. She has recently finished construction of her new house on the other lot. She had the property surveyed and has gone back to the original property pins from the 1970s when the original parcels were subdivided by the first owners. She informed both us and the other neighbor that we are actually over the property lines on to her property. She says that she will not do anything right now to make either of us move our things off her side but in the vent that we decide to sell that there will be an issue and she will enforce her property li
