Oklahoma City, OK asked in Criminal Law and Civil Rights for Georgia

Q: I am wanting to restore my 2nd amendment rights after a plea to no contest for DUI in Atlanta in the early 1990s. Help?

I was also accused of drug possession, but drugs were in the police car and not found on my person. I also was NOT allowed to have a blood test upon request which was required by law at the time. Since then, I have retired from the US Army with an honorable discharge with 32 years of service and need to be able to carry a weapon in future work beyond the Army. (Security Guard work) I have been told I need a criminal lawyer to help.
