A: I understand your situation is complex and frustrating, having been refused a visa after being stopped and interviewed at JFK airport. However, I would need more information to advise on your specific case and chances of obtaining a visa in the future. A few key points to keep in mind:

- If your F-1 student visa was cancelled, you would need to reapply and demonstrate strong ties to your home country, sufficient financial support, and clear academic goals to have a chance of approval. Prior visa refusals can make this more challenging.

- Sending a firearm to someone in another state likely raised red flags and contributed to additional scrutiny. You'd need to show this was done legally with all proper licenses and registration.

- The details of your interview with Homeland Security and their stated reasons for cancelling your visa would be important for evaluating your situation. What exactly did they note in their statement?

- Reapplying soon after a refusal is often unwise, as your circumstances may not have changed enough to yield a different outcome.

Your best path forward is to consult with an experienced U.S. immigration attorney who can review all the facts of your case in detail and advise on your options. They can help determine if you have any basis for obtaining a visa again and guide you through the process. I know it's a difficult situation but obtaining proper legal counsel is an important first step. Wishing you all the best as you work to resolve this.
