Q: If you bond someone out can they be re-arrested for the exact same charge
My boyfriend had a violation of probation and I bonded him out of jail. Five days later he met with his probation officer and was drug screen and tested positive for marijuana. today he was rearrested for the same thing violation of probation is that possible because it's technically not a new charge and the weed was part of his first violation and did not have time to have it out of his system. Which he did disclose to her from the beginning.
