Memphis, TN asked in Criminal Law for Tennessee

Q: Can you have two indictments on the same offense and the prosecutor makes you a plea deal on one indictment and then

forces and threatened if I don't take that deal or offer you'll be tried on the second degree murder indictment. This is too in violation of my fifth amendment but I want to ask justia before consulting with an attorney. I'm innocent of the charges it was an accident. But since there is a legal proceeding I want to be tried at a vehicle homicide not second degree murder. This case is too being submitted to the National Insurance crime Bureau FBI per the United States Secret Service for investigation of stage and cause accidents insurance fraud. Can I use the submitted complaint police report and affidavit as evidence to exonerate me from this case. Or how can I get exonerated from this case I'm innocent it was a cause accident by the drunk driver drug driver on suspended license with a video as evidence to prove this.
