A: You can sue the person who has been cutting your hay pasture for not fulfilling his obligations under your agreement. Since he did not fertilize the pasture as agreed, leading to weed growth, and also damaged your septic tank without repairing it, you have grounds for a lawsuit.

First, gather all documentation related to your agreement, including any written contracts, text messages, or emails that outline his responsibilities. This evidence will be crucial in supporting your case.

Next, you should consider consulting with a lawyer who can advise you on the best course of action. The lawyer can help you file a lawsuit to seek compensation for the damage to your property and the costs associated with fixing the septic tank and restoring your pasture. This will ensure that you have the best chance of recovering the expenses and any additional damages caused by his negligence.
