A: Under U.S. law, the police, CIA, FBI, or any government agency are not allowed to use illegal equipment such as sound wave devices or conduct surveillance without proper consent or authorization. These actions would violate your constitutional rights, including the right to privacy and protection from unreasonable searches and seizures.

If you believe you are being subjected to illegal surveillance or harassment, you should document all incidents meticulously. Keep a record of dates, times, and any evidence you can gather. Continue to file formal complaints with the police department, ensuring you receive a copy of each report. You may also want to escalate your complaints to higher authorities or oversight bodies, such as the Department of Justice or the inspector general for the respective agency.

Additionally, consulting with an attorney who specializes in civil rights or privacy law can help you understand your legal options. An attorney can assist you in filing a lawsuit or seeking an injunction to stop the illegal activities and protect your rights. Taking these steps can help ensure that your concerns are addressed and that you receive the protection and justice you deserve.
