Q: I know of an Intentional Homicide and Neglegence of Ex County official

The Victim was left in a ditch for dead and a Neighbor whom came to drop off vegetables found him Naked, Sunburned and almost dead from dehidration and Kidney's shutting down, he was Airlifted to a nearby Hospital where he layed in a coma and had a Brain Injury,and was Severly Sunburned. After coming out of the Coma he was placed on a 4th floor phyc ward, everyday they would come in and cut the sunburned flesh and skin away. He was accused of doing drugs or trying to commit suicide, My Gosh this man was ran down on his own Property and Nobody did anything. I Believe the Ex Sheriff of a County is Responsible for what life this man has left. Please he Deserves Justice there is so much more.
