Now there is no body managing trusts can I file new jop naming new trustee and distribute this properly to correct heirs
A: I do not know how much money and/or the value you are discussing but there seems to be some worth here--as such I strongly discourage you proceeding without an attorney--------my advise is that you use the Justia Find a Lawyer at the top and search for a lawyer in the area you are located and the subject matter (successions/trusts) and see if anyone pops up. You may have to expand your search if nothing pops up but at a minmum, please consult with a lawyer to get general advice on your situation and possibly to hire. Good luck.
