Q: Got charged with agravated burgerly twice haven't had regular court yet cause one place dropped and sent to higher court

My sister also was charged hers got dropped .we are heirs on said property just don't have our names on deed yet.i parked on drive way and law said my step mom. In rehab and her daughter wants me to leave.i left haventbeen back.ive not been in the house since daddy passed 2006.ive not stolen any thing .my step mom supposed to be in rehab but her daughter said she lives there.well there's no eletric meter no mailing box it's all grown up and months later I got picked up on a warrent for this .spent time in jail got out and went to court no lawyer all judge said was don't go around step MO. Step sister or the road they live on.well he said come back to court July 9 2024 well the other day arrested again warrent took out 6 June 2024 on same thing.bonded out now I've got a court date July 12 chattanooga .said it's moved to higher court . about it went through jury .I'm lost for words can you help me I'm on ssi and I'm really not gonna survive much longer and I've been in jail

A: You need an attorney to determine heirship, with an Affidavit being recorded. Then the AOH is used in Court to show your right of possession. But you may not be an heir or devisee.
