Q: As I am a minor, can something to taken by my parents that was purchased or gifted to me?
My parents are divorced, and my dad gave my a phone, my mom takes it away from me with random reasons every time I bring it to her house. I'm not looking for some big lawsuit or something, just some equal justice. I feel I should mention that i am a minor, as if I don't mention it, that could change a answer.
