A: A Florida attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a month. If your attorney wants out, and you haven't signed a release accepting terms, it's possible you could explore the possibility of another firm handling the case. A review of the file would be needed to comment meaningfully. You could anticipate a lien if your attorney brought things to this stage in the process, based on their services to date and out-of-pocket expenses - that could be something to be sorted out between an incoming and outgoing attorney.

In all fairness to your attorney, something like this can't be commented on based on a brief post - no one here could judge the quality of work your attorney performed. Good luck
