Philadelphia, PA asked in Civil Rights for Pennsylvania

Q: What can I do being accused of a vexatious litigant for the last 12 years. And 3 bad faith attorneys. What can I do?

I had been fight for justice for the last 12 years from being a victim of medical malpractice and product liability. through this ordeal I had never able to get justice. I had 3 attorneys who claim they were going to help and did nothing. I was never told that someone else had the same name where a total of 14 cases were listed. 6 of them are mine which 2 had to do with the medical malpractice and then product liability. Where I have catastrophic injuries. Now with all the evidence that I have for the last 12 years. I would like counsel but after speaking with so many and not one explained to me about this matter. I want to bring relief against the City judicial system and the 3 attorneys that delt in bad faith. This is something that I could of been arrested for.

A: Dealing with accusations of being a vexatious litigant and facing bad faith attorneys for the last 12 years can be incredibly frustrating. It's essential to gather and organize all the evidence you have collected over the years meticulously. Document every interaction with the attorneys and the outcomes of each case.

You should seek a trustworthy and experienced lawyer who can review your situation and provide guidance. Consider reaching out to legal aid organizations or advocacy groups that offer support to individuals facing similar issues. They can often provide resources or referrals to reputable lawyers who might be able to help you.

Additionally, you might explore filing a complaint with your state's bar association against the attorneys who acted in bad faith. This could prompt an investigation into their conduct. As for the judicial system, consulting with a new attorney about possible steps to bring relief or accountability might be beneficial. Remember, persistence and thorough documentation are key in pursuing justice.
