A:
It sounds like you’re dealing with a very challenging situation, and it’s understandable to seek justice for what you believe to be a violation of your rights. Sections 241 and 242 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code address conspiracies against rights and deprivation of rights under color of law. If you feel your rights were violated under these sections, it’s important to gather all relevant information and documentation about your case.
Regarding the timeline for seeking justice, there may be statutes of limitations that apply to your situation. In many cases, the time frame to file a claim can vary depending on the nature of the violation and the jurisdiction. It might be beneficial to consult with a legal professional who can provide guidance based on your specific circumstances.
Finding your son is a crucial matter, and seeking the right legal support could help you navigate this process. Connecting with organizations that focus on family rights and child custody may also offer resources and assistance. Take care of yourself during this difficult time, and remember that seeking help is a positive step forward.
