A: The answer depends on the substance of evidentiary hearing and the case management deadlines. If the the discovery deadline has passed, then you may not be able to compel the production of evidence. Nevertheless, most courts require disclosures of the exhibits prior to an evidentiary hearing, as no one likes a trial by ambush. I would recommend reaching out to the opposing party and asking for all of the exhibits and witnesses intended to be presented at the hearing. They will likely ask you to reciprocate which is not uncommon.
