Big Rapids, MI asked in Medical Malpractice for Michigan

Q: I signed a waiver to receive no shots or vaccines. I discovered I was given a hepatitis vaccine 6yrs later.

I live in Michigan and it is common practice to receive vaccines and vitamin shots during and following birth. I was going through my medical record after some blood work was done and discovered that according to my records I received a vaccine during birth to my last child. I found out about 6 years after the fact because I never had a reason to go through my medical record before and stumble on this. I did sign a waiver after counseling to reject any and all vaccines. I don't hate vaccines, to be clear. What legal actions can I take, who should it be against? Have I gone beyond the statute of limitations, even though I wouldn't have had a reason to suspect any foul play and only discovered it accidentally? I have had potential side effects I thought was related to my last pregnancy, like, suddenly slowed metabolism and weight gain, non genetic cancer 2yrs later (@34), early signs of menopause, etc. Thank you.
