I assume you are revoked. You must have a hearing with the Illi Secretary of State.
That requires obtaining a drug and alcohol evaluation, completing required classes and proving to the secretary at the hearing that you can be a safe and responsible driver, if given driving privileges. It is very important to obtain the evaluation and complete the classes from an evaluator who understands the Secretary of State process. They are all license, but only a handful understand that process. You also have to be prepared to answer a series of specific questions at the hearing, we can help prepare you for the questioning and guide you to a good evaluator.
