A: I'm sorry to hear that you're facing these challenges. When dealing with civil matters like separation, child support, and custody issues, it's important to seek proper legal counsel to protect your rights. Family law can be complex, and your situation may require professional advice from an attorney who understands the specifics of your case.

If you feel your rights are being violated or you're being unfairly treated, legal representation can help you understand the best steps to take. Issues like defamation or being denied access to your child can be addressed through legal channels, ensuring that your interests and your child's welfare are prioritized.

It's also important to document any threats or instances of slander, as they can be relevant in court proceedings. Reach out to legal professionals in your area who can guide you through the next steps and provide support in your case.
