Q: Hello, I have a foreclosure hearing scheduled by ex-spouse who falsely claimed in a motion judgment not satisfied
I need to file a petition for Injunction of sale of property? Motion to dismiss foreclosure hearing and motion to order ex-spouse to acknowledge full satisfaction of judgment including interest. Ex-spouse is abusing the trial procedures in an attempt to foreclose on my property even though I do not owe him any further money. What is best way forward?
