Q: I received a call that I was going to be sued they had my Social date of birth for a bill 12 years ago
Matter was concerning 12 years ago a bill they reached out to my daughter and husband no company name no information was able to be given to me I had to make payment of 998.00 or pay 4000 in court they had my social and date of birth I have never been contacted about such and worried if this is a scam or if it’s real my husband called number the guy gave us his personal number and he didn’t even ask my husband anything other then if he was my husband and talk with him about case and my husband said we’ll talk it to court and guy said in 90 days I will receive paper work for court. I don’t know what to do
