Q: i brought my car to a dealership was told it was fixed so i paid now my car needs a new motor. do i have a case?
i brought my car to a ford dealership for repairs. i was told my car was done and good to go. so i paid $3600 and left the dealership. i didnt even make it home and dash lights are coming on and my car is pouring oil out of the motor. it didnt leak oil when i brought it in and i was told it was fixed and good to go. so i back to the dealership and was told my engine needs to be replaced. and they are taking zero responsibility even though it didnt leak oil when it went in and i was told it was fixed and good to go. so i just paid $3600 for them to tell me my motor is blown?
