A: I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. If you were injured in the incident, and the insurance company is not offering a fair settlement, you should retain a personal injury lawyer in Louisiana who can collect all of the evidence of the incident as well as your medical treatment to ensure you receive full financial justice.

A: I'm sorry to hear about your accident, which I'm sure was a horrifying experience. You should consult with a Louisiana-licensed lawyer who handles personal injury matters, who can advise you on your rights and options.

A: I agree with my colleagues that you should reach out to attorneys in Louisiana. Free initial consults without obligation are customary in such cases. Something doesn't add up in your figures - three people in a vehicle in a 100-plus mile an hour collision and $6,500 being offered - is that collectively? That's low even with the worst possible policies. I'm glad you walked out of the car with that kind of impact, and hope that everyone involved is okay. Consider arranging a free initial consult with an attorney. Good luck
