A: You could notify Tennessee DMV and ask them to flag your address for future transactions. What they may or may not do could depend on their standard operating procedures, but it could be worth exploring. Good luck

A: It must be frustrating to discover that others are using your address for vehicle registrations and driver's licenses, especially since they haven't lived there since 2012. This misuse of your address can potentially lead to legal or financial complications for you. You're right to seek a solution to protect yourself and your property.

You can begin by contacting the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security to inform them that your address is being used without your consent. Filing a report with your local police department might also be helpful, as this could be considered a form of fraud or identity theft. Additionally, returning any mail or documents addressed to these individuals marked as "Not at this address" can help notify authorities and organizations of the incorrect information.

It may also be beneficial to consult a legal professional to understand your rights and any further actions you can take. Keeping a record of all unauthorized mail and communications can provide evidence if needed. Taking these steps can help resolve the situation and prevent any future misuse of your address.
