A: A West Virginia attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a month. Sorry about your accident. I hope you and everyone involved are okay. There wasn't a question, but it's likely you're wondering what your rights are? I hope you were not injured, but if you were, you could consider a consult with a West Virginia attorney who handles car accidents (Your post was under "Education Law," but if you need to consult with attorneys, look under "Car Accident" or "Personal Injury" law). If you were injured, an attorney could advise you about how your medical bills would be handled under West Virginia law. I don't think WV is a no-fault jurisdiction, so a local attorney should advise about the handling of medical bills and related expenses. If you contemplate a lawsuit, it could depend on how fault panned out in the accident. A local attorney could advise you on that after seeing the police report. The cutting class issues should not affect your accident rights, but try not to cut class in the future. Those things could jeopardize one's academic record toward graduation. Attorneys who handle these types of cases usually offer free, no-obligation initial consults. Good luck
