She signed power attorney ove to a family friend of hers so she could heal cuz she was living by herself. Now my cousin since he had found out he was the father was trying to get parenting time she kept denying him so he petitioned the court parenting time. Family who has the daughter petition to court to intervene however the judge denied it. The judge now sets a new court date. Somehow this family that has the baby gets a court date through probate the day before my cousin court with foc. The probate judge gives this family limited guardianship of the baby and his the foc court date is canceled. He's only allowed to see his daughter once a week for a couple of hours.
