Q: I want to ask about a vehicle between me and a family member
I have had the vehicle 7 months approximately, and 4 months of having the vehicle it was not running I had to constantly keep changing parts and paying mechanics to get it to run more then a day . It’s a 1995 the keep had been sitting in her yard for years did not work when I got it originally I had to replace almost every part except the motor and transmission she said that she wants me to pay her for the transmission that she said she purchased on the vehicle that I have no known proof of that purchase but I’m
Not agreeing on paying for the part I will pay for the keep but the vehicle worth is $220 at the most . She also was giving the vehicle away for free to the junk yard before I got it from her now she has went from saying she wants $1,000 to $1,500 because I have fixed the vehicle completely ! It had no paint no inside roof covering I had to manually do cosmetics !
