Q: I’m having Issues with the New Manager where I have been living They have charges that are not right on my Ledger
I have been having issues that I have been told would be fixed I assumed they was fixed They just fired the previous manager and hired a new one Well now He will not address these issues and I can not talk to him about them Because he claims I’m aggressive and that’s not the case I have been trying to get these issues straightened out and He basically said if it’s not on the Ledger he will not change it and instead of looking at what I had to show him he said he had more pressing issues and tacked on another late charge and charged me for Oct before Oct was even here He has gave me two three day notices So I moved my stuff cleaned the Apt But I’m not sure if that’s what I should have done Because now they are going to charge me for the time on my lease I have left When the lease I had signed is so messed up says my rent is 1278.00 That’s what I was paying and that’s what the previous manager charged me now they are telling me my Rent is 1331.00 Then he told me if I signed the new le
