Q: If a person pleads guilty to abuse and threats while on probation, would that clear the victim's name who was the abused
If it can be proven that the victim was the abused and had their rights violated by courts, law enforcement and all attorneys... How does someone go about proving their innocence against the lies and and all the damage that has followed due to the violations of the victims rights and due process?!?
