Q: How to counter corrupt CYS caseworker
My sister was on drugs, almost hurt her kids and refused to go to rehab. I gave CYS video proof and explained the situation about her and the oldest daughter. The oldest daughter giving alcohol and vapes to her 9 year old sister. CYS removes the kids and gave them to the 19 year old, even when there are 3 older family members. My sister was forced to get clean but CYS won't listen to anyone but the 19 year old. She passes her tests for Justice Works but fails for CYS. My sister was so mad, she used another persons urine for CYS to test them and it failed, despite the other person being clean.
I regret helping CYS ruin my nieces lives. They are completely snowballed by a 19 year old alcoholic and sounds like they're being corrupt on testing. They refuse to even call on me for the case despite I gave them the initial info and have more. I was considering contacting state representatives or the attorney general. Do I have any real options or forced to let it play out?
