Greetings To All Attorney's: I need your HELP PLEASE! May a/any attorney explain to me the correct way to write and submit my/a Brief to the appeals court {Custody Case} I just received the final / last transcript for court date April 11th 2024 court date. How many pages? Is there a certain order in which the brief should be typed? Also how do I do the correct / proper research on case law in Georgia were a parent {Won, Granted custody of his/her daughter} under/ using the words " Default Judgement" If I can located the case law I want to add in my Brief to the appeals court. I am self representation! I have made it this far without a attorney due to lack of funds. The mother did no show up the last two court dates. Is there a attorney reading that's will to write the brief for me & my 6yo daughter??? 3 set of transcripts to read over! I do not as a older gentleman have the best education
