Q: Estate with the first middle last name do bank account of the deceased with the Middle Last name be apart of the estate
The estate is listed with the full name and the only thing that was listed as apart of the estate was what was in his full name. Would the personal representative have to put bank accounts list with just his middle last name into the estate. Would that be misrepresentation and fruad if the personal representative kept the money from accounts
