Q: Can I prevent someone from posting on Facebook about me or my Business?
We were evicted from a home that was being left to us, and the old landlord is posting false and misleading information about us on Social media, can we prevent this? We filed a countersuit on the damages case and they withdrew their case. I own a small tax business and with tax season coming up, I am concerned that she will post negative comments when I am referred by others. We were asked to leave and left in May of 24, but she continues to make comments about us. I have asked on multiple occasions for her to leave us alone.
