Asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Pennsylvania

Q: I have a current motion filed in NJ against my ex-wife that kidnapped our Son and ran away to Pennsylvania

I have a current motion filed in NJ against my ex-wife who kidnapped our Son and ran away to Pennsylvania with a boyfriend, without any court order or my consent, violating our MSA agreement, then blocked all communications with me and our Son, this is her 3rd parental alienation attempt. While pending the hearing in a few days ...

She then proceeded to file an PFA/RTO in PA, Bucks County Family Division, where she now lives since mid August 2024.

I reside in overseas and was not served any paperwork, but she reached out to my attorney in NJ and sent her the paperwork that was not accepted and returned, she also sent a copy of the PFA/RTO in her response to my motion in NJ. My attorney is only handling the NJ motion.

My ex's attorney claims that its proper serving? Am i considered served at this stage?
