The protective order , the deputy sheriff, who has an ongoing history of purposely neglecting me and abusing me , never arrested the person even with video evidence of the crime and they tell him every time I call 911 and everything that I say. Which puts me in danger and harm way . I can’t get any relief. My question is. is this an ethical violation in Kaw County West Virginia for the deputy to release information to the offender ? It’s this considered confidential information because if the criminal violations that occur , or is this considered a private game of another? since he gaining his freedom and not being arrested and he’s gaining this confidential information and being treated differently and doesn’t have to deal with violating the court order rules. ? There has to be some type of violation. I can file complain about ethically can you please help me?
