I was injured by a security guard outside a bar when he threw me to the ground, causing a brain hemorrhage and a chipped tooth after trying to move a chair. I wasn’t inside the bar but was In line and didn’t act aggressively, but I am 19. Could I pursue legal action against the bar or the guard, and what potential consequences might my age have on the case?”
