St Louis, MO asked in Constitutional Law for Missouri

Q: what's the Appropriate Federal Agency to submit a SF-95 to for the acts committed against me & my right of liberty that

was stripped of me & my mother because let me tell you that we both felt real liberated & our due process was broken when they created such laws im sorry not law regulations its not even a law because no law shall be created that deprives my liberty as a us citizen any competent person knows that the creation is part of the process of any law united states of Americas are liberals the only crime that can be committed is the taken of liberty & truthfully it is an act of war because its enslavement & if you would attempt to enslave the citizens in a way that wouldn't take that much to figure out or in a way that doesn't prey on our own thoughts of feeling guilty because most of the time we know we might have a problem & shouldn't do it but so does alcoholics or other people with other addictions we already have to pay for the choice why do we have to pay society also i understand you think your helping but sometimes your your help isn't wanted or needed you stop food stamps when caught
