Q: Is this a hint of discrimination?
I have ADHD, Anxiety and Autism. I was recently told by my directors in regard to work relationships that I needed to adapt and adjust because “I couldn’t expect everyone to change for me.” I have requested that they provide education to the staff (only 15 people) on neurodivergence and difference in communication, but they have not provided it.
