Q: My lawyer withheld information that shows at litigation that the surgeon did the lumbar surgery with malice. Wasn't need
My rights as a disabled paitent, I have been violated. My surgeon only ordered 1 size screw. He made it fit,, and it went into the "meat". He eyeballed. I had learned all of these findings after the mediation. Now I am on hospice.
I have been a victim multiple times in the hospital. I'm a nurse, I never played that card. I have all the papers from my medical records that state exactly everything to prove what I'm saying. My dr (yes, little d) in '22 he stopped all my controlled medications abruptly causing encephalopathy of the brain. Falsified statements in the medical records where I was denied rehab, and delayed my treatment. Questioning my need for pain medications. He stopped Fentynal patches 150mcg, Oxycodone 10mg every 4 hour hours, xanax 1mg 3x a day, Adderall 40mg in AM 20mg in afternoon total 60mg. Soma 350mg 3x a day. My medical records were locked from me. Where it said comments, it says comments removed. I can't fit all of the pain that I have here. Thank you
