Q: Father filed a modification for termination of his child support. Is this possible?
He has a lawyer who handles everything. He filed this without her. He has written down that he has primary physical custody of our child.
We have 5-2-2-5 and I gave him an extra day. The child’s residence is mother’s home. The father’s residence is used for school purposes only. This is temporary until the end of the school year. He filed modification papers to terminate his child support.
It states in the order that I have the primary residence still, and we share legal and physical custody. Father’s residence is used ONLY for school purposes. He lives in a different district.
