A: A Missouri attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. You say that you do not know what to do - if you mean in terms of what rights you can pursue, you could reach out to local attorneys. However, I do not think it would be easy to find a law firm that would be interested in such a case. Although you experienced a stressful situation, law firms would look at things from the standpoint of the actual tangible damages suffered, such as those involving medical documentation. This is only my individual opinion. Other attorneys could see things differently. You could reach out to attorneys to discuss how they see the situation in terms of remedies you could pursue. Good luck
