Q: The Probate Judge has not set a hearing after 2 years so have I missed something in my Probate case (Arkansas)?
An Administrator has been appointed, a Notice to Creditors ran in the local paper for 2 weeks, Proof of Notice has been filed, Inventory of Decedent's Estate has been filed, a Petition to Sell Property has been filed (I have creditor debt and past due property taxes to pay, so I want to sell 2 of the properties to pay the debts), and Appraisals of the 2 properties have been filed.
