In filing for a divorce I need to know what packets I need to fill out if it's one with minor children or not with children simply because my wife and I had split up during this time I was seeing somebody who ended up getting me pregnant she disappeared until about 7 months into my pregnancy said she wanted to be a family with that I let her sign the birth certificate but there was no adoption just signing the birth certificate and she had been still seeing her girlfriend in line to me now she's trying to fight me for my son and I am ready for a divorce do I need to include her or the child in the divorce papers since she is obviously not the biological parent and she never did the adoption only signed the birth certificate
