Q: I would like to know what are my rights rights when it comes to CPS.

August 1st I gave birth to a baby boy he was he had tested positive in his vocal cord for methamphetamines my sister and her wife and I had prior arrangement that my sister and her wife would adopt my baby before he was born at which after he was born CPS had gotten involved and intervened and had removed my other child that I had with me that is two years old from my care with a safety plan of sustainable living and obtaining a eval and doing whatever it refers the newborn does not live with me and never has and has my sister and her wife's last name what are my rights when it comes to them continuing to keep my other son when initially the concern was because of the newborn and like I said the only thing that tested positive was his in vocal cord because I had relapsed during my pregnancy only when I did not know that I was pregnant to begin with
